Who is Linked? Minimize

Linked Solutions Incorporated was founded in 2007 by Brian O’Neill. Shortly after formation, Brian partnered with a colleague in the business and together they deliver 25 years of experience and resources to their clients. Brian has personally managed over 125 construction projects both locally in the Cincinnati market and nationally. Brian truly enjoys every aspect of construction, from conceptualization, to strategic planning throughout the project and delivering a product that speaks for itself.

“My goal, when founding Linked Solutions and today, is to execute the vision of those I contract with. I greatly value the amount of planning owners and architects pour into projects. I consider it my top priority to maintain this vision.”

“Throughout my career, I have always put the needs of those I was working with and the demands of the project first. This attitude is emphasized in the office and on the job sites. The contractors I employ recognize this and perform alike. I believe this approach to management sets Linked Solutions apart from other construction management firms.”

“I often remind my construction management team that we have 3 primary management responsibilities, in this order:

  1. Ensure the client’s expectations are satisfied.
  2. Ensure the sub-contractor’s expectations are satisfied.
  3. Ensure Linked Solutions' expectations are satisfied.”

Brian R. O'Neill Minimize

President / Project Executive

After graduating from Ohio State University with a B.S. degree in Industrial Design, Brian continued on a path of bringing 2-D concepts to life by entering into the commercial construction industry. He was immediately employed by a Cincinnati-based general contracting firm specializing in restaurant, retail and office. As a project manager, Brian traveled across the country managing projects for a number of national brands and companies. Through the years, he has had the opportunity to work closely with corporate project managers, architects and local municipalities affording him many valuable experiences.

One of Brian's many roles included being the primary point of contact and manager for the firm’s largest client. Here he managed multiple projects simultaneously while planning and coordinating future projects across the US.

His career as a project manager led him to another Cincinnati-based construction management firm who specialized in similar projects and focused on development. During this time, Brian’s project load consisted mostly of design-build projects and in-house development projects. This opportunity provided valuable onsite management experience of the pre-construction processes. While managing and nurturing projects from the earliest inception to completion he had the occasion to work with every party involved in originating, designing, and executing a project. Brian found this to be most rewarding as he was able to build working relationships with these parties and successfully manage the projects from start to finish.

Today, along with overseeing all day-to-day activities of Linked Solutions, Brian continues to manage projects, develop relationships, and ensure his clients’ expectations are satisfied.
