Brian formed Linked Solutions in 2007 and operates as the President and Senior Project Manager. Brian has managed commercial construction projects since graduating from The Ohio State University, with a B.S. degree in Industrial Design. Brian has always been creative and artistic, his design background and his construction experience allows him to take an idea, develop the plan and execute through completion.
Construction management has taken Brian across the country, working on all types of construction projects in all different municipalities. Linked Solutions focuses on Retail, Restaurant, Office, and Medical projects and specializes in Design-Build deliver and renovations.
Today, along with overseeing Linked Solutions, Brian continues to manage projects, estimate new work, develop new relationships and ensure work is delivered to meet and exceed expectations.

Zach started with Linked Solutions, Inc. as an intern in 2010. Since his beginning he has managed several projects in the field and has moved his way up into a project manager position.
Some of Zach's past projects with Linked Solutions, Inc. include several Elements Massage locations, several Orange Theory Fitness Centers throughout the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area as well as a KidStrong Development Center in Mason.
Zach has also managed several food service/hospitality projects including The Mercer, Melt Eclectic Cafe, Higher Gravity Crafthaus and Nostalgia Wine Lounge. Zach holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Northern Kentucky University.
Tony Phillips
Houston started with Linked Solutions, Inc. in 2021. Houston is a combat veteran who served in the US Army Infantry with a tour to Afghanistan.
After his proud service of 4 years, Houston pursued construction management in college at the University of Cincinnati. He has worked as a site contractor, assistant project manager, and heavy equipment operator. Houston has been in the construction field for over 7 years.
At home he is a husband and father of 4 daughters; which he is incredibly proud of. He enjoys body-building and football.
Houston is excited to put his education and leadership skills from the military to use toward managing construction projects, making sure the project is done correctly and timely to meet the needs of our customers.

Bob joined Linked Solutions, Inc. as a construction manager in 2015. He has over twenty years of experience in commercial construction and specializes in restaurant construction. In the past few years with us he has managed City Barbeque projects at Northern Kentucky University and Fishers, Indiana locations.
Most recently Bob completed construction of Mazunte Centro restaurant, downtown Cincinnati and both the Melt Eclectic Cafe and Higher Gravity Crafthaus on the north side of Cincinnati.
Bob is currently managing the Miamiville Trailyard project in Loveland, OH and assisting in the construction of the Oakley Seafood Restaurant soon to be completed in Oakley, OH.
